In fact, health experts insist that obesity problem is probably caused at least as much by lack of physical activity as by eating too much. Hence, it is important that people need to move around.

However, that does not mean that a lap or two around the old high school track will offset a daily dose of donuts. Exercise alone is not very efficient, experts say. They contend that if you just exercise and do not change your diet, you may be able to prevent weight gain or even lose a few pounds for a while.

Weight loss products are a 30 Billion dollar a year industry. There are a lot of weight loss products that offer that fast weight loss results and claim that they are designed for quick weight reduction, however, are these really guaranteed?  Could these products live up to their assurance of a fit body?

Products for weight loss are available aplenty in the market as it is a very lucrative business with a large client base and a well spread problem. In US, there is an estimated 50 million people who try to lose weight, unfortunately, only 5% are successful.  One thing’s for sure, beware of fraudulent claims and extreme high cost because there is no magic to losing weight. The US Federal Trade Commission has warned consumers repeatedly, up to 40% of weight loss products are ineffective or downright fraudulent.

Weight loss products are not necessarily safe just because they are “herbal,” or “natural”. With society putting so much pressure on individuals to have the “perfect” body, weight loss products are guaranteed to sell. The problem is many diet and weight loss products are not only bad for diet nutrition but ineffective for weight loss.  Most well know weight loss products are available not only in local drug stores and supermarkets but you can also find them on the internet as well.
