If possible you should be drinking around 100 fluid ounces each day as not only does it help with eliminating toxins and other wastes from your body but will provide your body with the necessary jump start and so make losing the weight and fat easier to achieve.

The reason why water is so important is that helps to ensure that your body remains hydrated and so that it works properly. As our bodies are in fact made up of around 70% of water if we were to go without food this would not be too difficult on it but not having enough water can seriously effect the way in which it works. If you can drink cold water as this will, help to prevent you from feeling as hungry especially if you have cut down on the number of calories you are consuming. Plus by drinking sufficient amounts of water, it can help with eliminating the fat that you are in fact trying to lose.
