My heavy fatigue is starting to lift, my eyesight is improving, joint and muscle pains are diminishing, and most of all my anxiety and edginess have vastly improved. <br /> <br />Word of warning, if you are like me, START SLOW. I did have some pretty nasty side effects: nausea, very dark urine and incredible headaches. I backed off, went to once a day, and slowly built up to 3 times a day. I feel great now. I have not been tested, so I have no proof that this is pulling out metals, however the research on this product seems legit to me. I can only tell you that I have more energy and feel better-why that is-I can't say. If you are thinking about a detox product give this one a serious look.
