First of all I tried this product and think its great, and taste really good. Helped me lose weight and improve energy and sleep. It’s upsetting when people like crazy Creijak who made the negative comments about simplifast, who is obviously is a fake user, most likely never even tried this product, because this product is really good and is healthy juice, and taste like lemonade. He or she must not like lemonade, or drinks that are healthy and taste good, maybe dirt is what taste good to them. I would say from their rediculous word choice which is scripted, that they have a grudge against the company or simply against the concept of fasting. Pure pathetic. You can tell when someone is leaving an honest opinion of a product and when someone is making up a bunch of BS to try and ruin someone or something.
I’m sorry, but whoever is saying this stuff is good must be drinking a different version than I am. This stuff is nasty. Difficult to keep down. My face frowns every time I take a sip. I’ve tried putting it over ice and still no help. I’ve been able to get down 1/2 a bottle in two days and am pissed that I”m going to waste a 12-pack, because I can’t stomach it. I’m not even sure how to explain the taste, but it does stick with you.

i fast from sun up to sun down every sunday, and this is my first sunday using simplfast. it does help ease hunger pain. dont know if ill be buying it after the 35% off sale, but it does seem to work. now if they could get the price down to about 20$ a case, i would make it a part of my food budget.
This beverage Is very nutritious, high in vitamins, and 11g of fiber. It is Sweetened with Organic Maple-B . It is really delicious tasting, and a very effective detox and weight-loss drink. It gave me an over-all energy boost all day. I dropped 9 LBs in 4 days, and 3 weeks later I have not gained it back. I feel the best I have felt in so long, and look less stressed, and i sleep better at night. I now drink 1 bottle for breakfast every morning to jump start my day, and eat what I want, without falling back into bad eating habits. I seriously cant go a day without drinking this stuff. I can not get enough of this product. I love all three flavors as they all taste wonderful but the blueberry is my favorite. I drink Simplifast in the morning before starting my day as a brekfast suppliment and I have energy all day. Drinking Simplifast once daily has allowed me to keep weight off and I feel great. I higly recommend this product to those of you looking to loose a few pounds, or those of you who wish to maintain your current weight. You will also have the added beneift of looking great and feeling great. I used to have a sweet tooth and found it very hard to avoid those cravings. Since using Simplifast I no longer have the cravings and I am able to maintain the weight I lost and make more healty food choices as well.
