I lost over 50lbs on a weight loss program provided by my doctor, however the last 15lbs no matter what I tried would not come off. I tried Simplifast and after the first 3 days I lost 8lbs. A few weeks later I used Simplifast again and lost another 4lbs. It has 5 months and I have kept the weight off by using the product as maintance. Alot of products advertise the same thing however this one tastes great, gives you energy and works. I would higly recommend this product.
I have been eating the wrong foods & far too much for a few years. I wanted to get a fresh start and get down to my ideal weight.
I have done one 3-day fast (lost 12 Lbs.) thus far, and it was amazing. No weakness like you would expect from a regular fast. My energy level stayed high the whole time.
