Most women who have tried them can attest that topical creams typically have no effect on cellulite. They simply don't penetrate deep enough into the skin. In contrast, lipo disolve is injected directly into the affected areas of the body. It is believed to simulate the body's natural process for breaking down cellulite and expelling it from the body.
