I just switched to a vegan diet and now I sleep much better and I have zero need for this tea. Read the book, “Skinny Bitches”, it’s all about how bad meat, fish, poultry and even dairy products are for us.

I started drinking this tea as an alternative to coffee, and I notice no caffeine boost affects whatsoever. A waste of money.

It worked ok, it kind of soothed my voice for a little bit, but in the end it didnt do much at all except taste more and more disgusting each time i tried it!!

If you like to have cranbery tea, it is good product. For weight loss? please don’t buy it. I have used for months but gain weight about 20lb by far. Of course weight loss is associated with many different factors but it NEVER decreases your appetite, burns fat, nor increases metabolism. I did exercise at least 30 minutes twice a week and have moderate levels of physical laber – but never worked!! Maybe it is just me but you’d better try some other products.
